A Thanksgiving Tradition in St. Augustine, FL

It’s time to start making getaway plans for the Thanksgiving 2019 holiday, and we’ve got some great upcoming events happening in St. Augustine that are sure to fit the bill. The St. Augustine Art Association is hosting the 54th annual Festival of Art at Francis Field, just down the road from us at Casa de Solana. This two-day event will host thousands of one-of-a-kind art pieces ranging from paintings, jewelry, and pottery, to woodwork, glasswork, and sculptures.

This festival is not your typical arts and crafts show. It will feature live music by the same folks who organize the Gamble Rogers Folk Music Festival, a premier folk music festival in St. Augustine. Food trucks, beer, and wine will all be available as you enjoy artist awards, artist demos, and cultural displays. There’s a reason this festival has lasted over 50 years!

• The event will take place on Saturday, November 30, 2019 (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and Sunday, December 1, 2019 (10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
