Rhythm & Ribs: St Augustine Music and BBQ Festival

Rhythm & Ribs Festival Rhythm and Ribs, St. Augustine’s annual BBQ and bands bonanza returns April 6-8, 2018. Headliners at the 23rd annual Festival are The Devon Allman Project with Duane Betts on Friday, April 6, followed by The Record Company on Saturday, April 7, 2018. That’s just some of the Rhythm, here’s what you’ll taste for Ribs – award winning BBQ presented by seven national and regional champions! Barbeque lovers have all weekend to decide their vote for the hotly contested people’s choice award. Expect plenty of other refreshments from beer and sodas to salty pretzels and popcorn. You’ll find all kinds of artisan vendors, plus a kids’ zone with games, pony rides, and even a rock climbing wall.

The Festival schedule means the live music never stops. Milltown Road Band leads off at 5:30 pm on Friday, followed by The Devon Allman Project. Saturday features Grapes of Wroth, Grimes Alley, Go Get Gone, and Firewater Tent Revival, capped by The Record Company’s evening finale. Sunday’s afternoon lineup includes Corbitt Brothers and The Lee Boys.

Presented by St. Augustine Sunrise Rotary Club, proceeds from the Rhythm & Ribs Festival benefit 30 local charities and five international service projects. It’s become St. Augustine’s largest annual festival, drawing visitors from throughout the Southeast, so don’t wait to reserve your stay at Casa de Solana!
