The Colonial Wing provides a unique combination of rooms which may be rented as two separate accommodations or as an entire wing to meet the traveling needs of a family of four or two couples traveling together. The wing, which is located on the second floor, is comprised of two bedrooms, a full bath, a whirlpool tub, and a private half bathroom (or water closet). The larger of the two rooms is Theresa's Room and features an in-room 2-person whirlpool tub with shower, a beautiful full size antique brass bed and a private balcony overlooking the lush Spanish style courtyard. The second room is known as Catalina's Room. A petite room, it features a full adjoining full bathroom with tub/shower, cedar closet, and built in window seat. A charming full size cottage bed is the centerpiece of this bright sunny room, which overlooks Charlotte Street and the waterfront just a block away. Catalina's Room and Theresa's Room combine to form the Colonial Wing and rent together as one large unit for four people.
